Qualifications And Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in IT project coordination
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and collaboration tools

Roles And Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support various IT projects
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
• Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops
• Manage communication with stakeholders and resolve any project-related issues
• Provide administrative support to project teams as needed
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT project coordination
