This is a fixed-term employment opportunity at a junior position level, requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications And Skills

• A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of labor issues (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in managing grievances (Mandatory skill).
• Effective liasoning with labor unions and authorities (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflict and resolve disputes amicably.
