Human Resources (HR) Internship in Ahmedabad

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Employee engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• HR operations: Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing orientation materials, coordinating training schedules, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members, and maintaining other documentation.
• Employee and employer branding: Support the development of initiatives that encourage employees to share their positive experiences and represent Smytten’s culture both internally and externally. Work on activities that showcase Smytten’s values, mission, and workplace culture to external audiences by helping craft messages and social media content.
• Be prepared to take on any additional ad-hoc tasks or projects that may arise within the HR department, providing support wherever needed.
