Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating our applicant tracking system.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employee handbooks and orientation materials.
• Help organize training & development initiatives.
• Participate in crafting internal policies and HR strategies.
• Conduct research on HR trends and contribute ideas for improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support to HR executives.
• Engage in employee relations and retention activities.
