You’ll also be our default events host—whether it’s a casual Friday gathering or a full-blown team celebration, you’ll bring the energy and excitement!Pulse Checker: Monitor employee morale through feedback and surveys, making improvements that enhance our culture.Recognition Rockstar: Develop recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements in fun and creative ways.Recruitment Wiz: Step in and support recruitment efforts, including campus placements, helping us find the perfect fit for our team.Problem-Solving Prodigy: Handle employee concerns with empathy and care, ensuring every voice is heard.

What It Takes to Thrive:
