The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and organized Human Resources Executive to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the accuracy of HR records and files, coordinating meetings, and providing recruitment support.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Maintain HR databases and records.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other events.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Strong Knowledge of IT/Non-IT hirings
- Prepare and distribute HR documentation, such as offer letters and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Handle general employee inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to staff in areas such as job descriptions and performance management.
- Manage the development and implementation of HR programs.
- Proven work experience as an HR executive or similar role.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
