We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team in Rajkot. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Expertise in recruitment (Mandatory skill)

• Proven experience in performance management systems

• Ability to develop and conduct effective training and development programs

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment
• Implement and monitor performance management systems to enhance employee productivity
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and development programs for employees
• Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring fair and competitive offerings
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain accurate employee records
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategic HR initiatives
