Develop and implement human resources policies, practices, and procedures to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, engagement, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
Good understanding of labor legislation.
Experience in strategic planning.
Excellent people management skills.
Salary- Upto 3 Lacs CTC

Responsibilities
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
