• Assist in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate database.
• Support in the onboarding process of new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Handle employee relations tasks, such as responding to inquiries and maintaining HR records.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct data entry and maintenance of HR-related information systems.
