Position Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our growing Human Resources team. As an HR Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in Human Resources. You will work closely with HR professionals, learning the fundamentals of HR practices while contributing to key HR processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Support in the shortlisting and screening of resumes, helping to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with the interview process.
- Help prepare job postings and assist with the recruitment drive coordination.
HR Administration and Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
- Help ensure HR documentation is compliant with legal and company standards.
- Assist with filing and organizing personnel records and maintaining confidentiality.
Employee Engagement and Welfare:
- Help organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition programs.
- Assist with collecting feedback from employees regarding engagement initiatives and provide support to the HR team in implementing improvements.
- Help communicate employee benefits, policies, and procedures effectively to new and existing employees.
Training and Development Support:
- Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees.
- Help prepare training materials and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain records of employee participation in training and development programs.
HR Process Support:
- Help ensure smooth execution of HR processes, such as employee onboarding, performance management, and exits.
- Assist with employee feedback collection through surveys and interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects and day-to-day activities.
HR Reporting and Data Management:
- Assist in gathering and organizing data for HR reports and presentations.
- Support the preparation of regular HR reports on key metrics such as employee attendance, leave management, and performance.
- Help with maintaining and updating the HR database to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with internal policies and external legal requirements.
- Help prepare materials for internal audits and HR compliance reviews.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR practices are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
