Team ideal private limited is fastest growing Human Resource Co. in India currently catering to IT-NON IT segment in Recruitment industry.
Work Location : Goregaon west.
Key Responsibilities-
1- Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company.
2- Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
3- Handling End-End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level.
4- Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.
5- Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates.
6- Sourcing Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References and Self-Data Bank.
7- Arranging conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
8- Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
9- Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
Qualifications
Note - Minimum 6 Month Experience into Recruitment HR
Graduate Undergraduate.
Only Experience can apply.
Salary 10 to 25 K
