Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and assess potential candidates through various channels to meet organizational hiring needs.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential hires to enhance the talent pool.

Team Onboarding Support:

Assist in onboarding processes to ensure new team members integrate smoothly.

Recruitment Reporting:

Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate and optimize hiring strategies.

Employee Relations:

Foster positive relationships within teams, assisting in conflict resolution and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Policy Adherence:

Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and legal standards.

Training Coordination:

Support the coordination of training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance for team management and recruitment-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
