About The Role

As a key member of the People Ops & HR team, you’ll contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience while working on diverse HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee journey.


HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and manage offer letters, employment agreements, and other essential HR documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination.


Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and surveys to foster a vibrant workplace culture.


Performance & Payroll Management

  • Manage goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisals with precise tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, benefits programs, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.


Analytics & Insights

  • Provide leadership with actionable HR insights, including headcount trends, performance metrics, and attendance reports.


Office & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with vendors, oversee office facilities, and liaise with Finance for smooth invoicing processes.


What We’re Looking For?

We’d love to hear from you if you possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management ( MHRM )
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR or related domains.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR tools like Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Freshteam, or similar platforms.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Adaptability: A team player with a willingness to step in and contribute wherever needed.
  • Knowledge Base: Solid understanding of HR-related processes and practice
