Position Summary

We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist in Rajahmundry to manage a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for human resources and a desire to contribute to building effective and engaging workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle employee relations by addressing queries and fostering a positive work culture.
• Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management activities.
• Organize and implement employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
