Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM/PGDIR & HR degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors.
- Recruitment: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Staff Management: Oversee performance management, handle grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Leave Policy: Develop and implement a comprehensive leave policy.
- EPF and ESIC Compliance: Manage enrollment, contributions, and withdrawals.
- Salary Slip: Prepare and distribute accurate salary slips.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team management and positive work culture promotion.
