HR Executive - Graduates ONLY

Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive (Graduates ONLY) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Employee Relations: Address employee queries, manage grievances, and support a positive work environment.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation and benefits.

Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements and company policies.

Training & Development: Coordinate and support training programs and employee development initiatives.

Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide support in setting performance goals.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
