Position Overview

The HR Operations Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company culture, streamlining HR processes, and supporting our most valuable asset - our people. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Attendance and Leave Management

• Administer attendance and leave management through our HRMS tool
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters, utilizing our helpdesk ticketing system
  
  

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including induction, documentation, and orientation programs
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding
• Oversee the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and managing all related documentation and clearance procedures
  
  

Employee Engagement and Culture

• Conceptualize and implement employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture
• Develop and manage employee recognition programs, coordinating award ceremonies to celebrate achievements
• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the office environment and promote work-life balance
  
  

HR Operations and Analytics

• Conduct regular HR surveys to gather insights on employee satisfaction, engagement, and other key metrics
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Maintain and update HR policies and documentation, ensuring compliance with current regulations
• Generate and present HR reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of proven experience in HR operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
