Job Summary
The Associate Relations plays a pivotal role for the HRBP & HR leaders as the first-hand associate pulse provider, by being the gate keeper for all crucial process enhancement, managing critical performance / behavioral associate cases end to end and sharing insightful data to fact check & nudge to action. As a member of the Associate Relations team under HR function for Lowe’s India, AR is a key advisor to colleagues in various areas of HR within the complete associate life cycle.

Core Responsibilities
- You will partner with the HRBPs to support on: associate engagement, associate connect, pro-active associate relations and associates exit.
- You will counsel colleagues on a range of Associate policies and guidelines. You will be a key advisor to colleagues in various areas of HR within the complete associate life cycle.
- Align all the AR efforts to Compelling Associate Experience
- Drive efficiency and productivity through robust processes / practices helping HRBPs & other HR CoEs
- Partner with CoEs to craft policies / processes with inputs coming through various touchpoints
- Design a project framework for critical activities / deliverables
- Define success measure for every task
- Manage grievance redressal cases, PIPs and exit interviews
- Build and develop SOPs for all the processes that AR manages
- Provide support to associates in various HR-related topics and support the team maintain 100% SLA
- Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information. Gather and analyze data like exit interview insights, Skip connects, learnings from AR cases and circle it back with HRBPs and improvise the process/experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Employee Relations / HR Generalist role
- Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred qualification Post Graduate in Human Resources
Primary Skills (must have)
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Constant desire for improving processes and providing the best experience for our Associates.
- Skill to identify and eliminate time consuming manual tasks by automating them to the best extent possible, while not hampering the experience or process.
- Positive attitude, ability to interact with diverse range of people in fair and consistent manner
- Collaborative and professional, even when under pressure
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to details
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and people skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: approachable, insightful, good negotiator, ability to influence others.
- Superior conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
