- Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching
- Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and at,individual level
- Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners,etc.
- Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and,engagement
- Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned,Unit/Territory
- Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index
- Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen,situations and escalations
