Job Requirements And Responsibilities

  • 1. Research towards development of new leads and agents in potential & existing markets for direct tenders/Direct business.
  • 2. Directing business development efforts to support strategic growth goals as well as operating plans for programs.
  • 3. Conducting in-depth market research to qualify developing business opportunities; leverages industry contacts for strategic intelligence; and assesses the viability of potential future proposal efforts, business partnerships or project opportunities.
  • 4. Serving as a capture manager for specific business opportunities; to develop leads and opportunities, teaming strategies and negotiations, proposal planning, and price-to-win assessments.
  • 5. Participates in target/bid reviews and provides ongoing feedback to senior management on the status of capture efforts and the viability of continued investment of time and resources in developing business opportunities (through EPC & Private Indian/Overseas Clients).
  • 6. Helps ensure successful transition from capture phase to proposal process.
  • 7. Contribution to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the company’s business development.
  • 8. Travel to Core and developing countries/clients as needed.
  • 9. Tracking & Execution of orders from enquiry till payment realization phase.
  • 10. Act as a point of contact between buyer and technical production team.
  • 11. Creating a prelim financial analysis for each deal.
  • 12. Work on an in-depth market analysis of viable deals.
  • 13. Data Analysis of markets & Preparation of monthly marketing reports, presentations, & Analysis sheets against the business conducted.
  • 14. Deal Pitches to Leadership for Approval.
  • 15. Coordination with departments for deal closures.
  • 16. Product brief post closure based on micro-market /customer research.
  • 17. Undertaking & Leading Factory Inspections & audits.
  • 18. Overseeing & Management of Private Indian EPC Clients for their tender & Procurement requirements.
  • 19. Creating & overseeing development of marketing collaterals such as Corporate Films, catalogues, website, Brochures.
  • 20. Spearheading & Execution of International approvals & accreditation such as: UL, ENEL, SIMM Etc.
  • 21. Guiding & grooming the international business team to work as a cohesive unit.
