- Manpower Planning for FY, Deprt wise, role wise, function wise
- Streamline Recruitment process with Individual Job role clarity
- HR Policies and Process from On boarding to Exits – drafting / editing / updating as and when required.
- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
- smooth functioning of HRMS
- Ensuring timely payroll processing with accuracy and managing all Leave tracker, Monitoring / Issuing Appointment, Offers, Confirmations, Bonafied letters as and when required through HRMS.
- Adv Salary/ loan process improvement, Confirmation forms, issuing Warning letters, PIP, letters, Memos etc.
- Monthly Payroll processing though software and manual both
- On boarding and Induction Process
- Attendance Monitoring, keeping track, highlighting exceptional cases to Mgmt
- KRAs to be defined for rest of the staff with help of HODs and Management
- Monthly KRA review to be conducted by HODs for their teams
- Employee Engagement programs / celebrations to be conducted with Management approval only
- Execution of Employee touch time as and when required
