Job Description
Location: New Delhi (East of Kailash - South Delhi)
Reporting: Group Chairman
This is a Work From Office opportunity (Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays)
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement robust financial strategies that align with company's growth objectives.
- Fundraising & Capital Management: Spearhead capital-raising efforts, securing funds through relationships with financial institutions, private equity, and diverse funding channels.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to drive efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI for all projects.
- Risk & Compliance: Manage financial risks effectively, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry best practices in all financial activities.
- Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate closely with investors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable financial success and build trust.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the corporate finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- 12+ years of overall experience in finance, specifically in real estate finance
- Proven track record in securing funds through multiple channels and managing complex financial strategies for large-scale projects.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with deep knowledge of capital structuring and investment metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and inspire teams.
