- Identify Automation Opportunities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify areas within their workflows and processes that can be automated using Google Workspace features.
- Design Automation Solutions: Analyze requirements and design customized automation solutions using Google Workspace tools, APIs, and marketplace plugins to meet specific business needs.
- Develop Automated Workflows: Implement automation solutions, including developing scripts, macros, and custom applications to automate repetitive tasks and enhance overall efficiency.
- Integration with Google Workspace APIs: Utilize Google Workspace APIs to integrate various applications and services for seamless data flow and improved process automation.
- Stay Updated with Emerging Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Google Workspace automation and related technologies to propose innovative solutions. Requirements:
- Proven Experience: At least 1 years of hands-on experience in automating Processes, Workflows, and customized Automation Tools by utilizing Google Workspace features such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google APIs, and marketplace plugins.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Google Workspace automation, Google Workspace APIs, Google Apps Script, and Google Cloud Platform.
Strong technical knowledge of Google and Microsoft environments are preferred.

- Business Process Understanding: knowledge of business workflows, including CRM, procurement, production, and sales processes.
- Scripting and Programming Skills: Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, AppScript or similar languages for automation purposes.
- Working experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Certification in Google Workspace, Google AppScript or Google Cloud will be a plus, but it is not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and design appropriate solutions.
