Job Description – Channel Sales Executive (Bikaner)

  • Channel Development & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners in the assigned region to drive retail sales of solar/renewable products.
  • Distributor Handling: Establish strong relationships with distributors to ensure stock availability, timely orders, and seamless supply chain operations.
  • Channel Partner Engagement: Provide regular support and training to channel partners on product knowledge, sales strategies, and achieving sales targets to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Retail Sales Execution: Drive B2C sales through retailers by conducting regular market visits, monitoring competitor activities, and implementing promotional strategies to increase product penetration.
  • Market Expansion & Reporting: Explore new markets, identify potential partners, and regularly update sales progress, market feedback, and business challenges to senior management.
