FP&A Manager

About The Role

CaaStle’s growing FP&A team is hiring a Financial Manager to support financial modeling, financial planning, and analysis for CaaStle. This person will bring strong project and team management capabilities and have the ability to translate business problems into insightful financial models while working through ambiguity. This person will also support our team focusing on financial scenario planning for ecom and rental programs and thought leadership in analyzing key drivers and metrics for the business.

Location: Delhi

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed bottom up models for existing and new lines of business
• Demonstrate thought leadership in identifying and analyzing key drivers and levers that impact the financial model
• Analyze key financial metrics and present relevant trends and inferences
• Lead multiple projects within FP&A as well as with cross functional teams
• Support the FP&A team in creating and executing processes and tools to support functional objectives
• Model builds and maintenance, actualization and analysis, with a focus on scenario planning for P&L statements
• Prepare and present Financial and Operational reporting decks to business owners
• Partner with Client Partnership & Growth (account management, marketing, merchandising) and Business Development functions to improve forecasting processes
• Manage key stakeholders both within and outside FP&A team
• Participate in key BAU (business as usual) tasks and responsibilities
• Assist on tactical and strategic projects
  
  

We’d Love For You To Have

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering or Data Science, Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• Experience: 6 plus years
• Strong analytical, modeling, reasoning and critical thinking skills are mandatory
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of Anaplan, SQL, Tableau and VBA a plus
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis a plus
• Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and strong prioritization skills
• Experience in Retail, Tech or Logistics industries a plus
• Ability to work successfully as a team player in a fast-paced environment
