Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests with their dining experience and ensuring all food and beverage operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously.
• Guide guests through menus, offering recommendations and answering questions.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
  
  

Food And Beverage Operations

• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure table settings are clean, organized, and well-stocked before and during service.
• Prepare simple beverages (e.g., coffee, tea) and assist bartenders when necessary.
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Work as a team with other F&B associates, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings to discuss menu changes, guest preferences, or special instructions.
  
  

Hygiene And Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas, including dining areas, service stations, and storage rooms.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company protocols.
• Assist in regular inventory checks and replenishment of supplies.
  
  

Administrative Tasks

• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with event setups, such as banquets or special dining arrangements.
• Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, complaints, or operational challenges.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs.
