Company Overview Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Field Technician to join our team in Bareilly, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mathura, or Meerut. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing field-related technical tasks, ensuring equipment functionality, and providing support to various projects in their designated location. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 1 years to maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Proficiency in machine learning is essential (Mandatory skill). Strong problem-solving skills are a must (Mandatory skill). Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies. Experience in statistical modeling to interpret and manage data for effective decision-making. Ability to create clear and informative data visualizations. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Familiarity with database management systems and their application. Outstanding critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Roles And Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment in the field. Implement machine learning models to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze data collected from various sources to provide actionable insights. Create and present statistical models to support business decisions. Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective project delivery. Manage databases to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis. Address and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.,
