ITI with 10 Years of Experience / Diploma with 7 Yrs of Experience in (Maintenance work in LIBA / Karl Mayer Glass Fabrics Manufacturing Machinery )
Competency
Experience about Maintenance activity in Technical Textile machineries like Karl Mayer/LIBA Knitting machineries, Dornier weaving machineries.
Knowledge of Machine Various types of Product changeover Activity on Multiaxial / Biaxial / Dornier Weaving Machine
Knowledge of different machine parts like Needle bar / Closure Bar / Guide Bar / Pattern Disc etc.
Independently perform Machine Gauge change Activity during product changeover.
A person can perform Machine Chopper Belt replacement activity in case of breakdown
A person should aware about different Machine settings like Guide Bar, Pin Bar, ST Bar, Tidland Cutter settings etc.
Knowledge of Weaving Machine Rapier setting activity
Basic Knowledge of Utility like HVAC, Air Compressor etc.
Basic Knowledge of using Tools and tackles
Basic Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Beam Warping Machine
Types of Glass Roving identification
Knowledge of the knitting and weaving, different types of fabric structure, and properties.
