You will be responsible for making cold calls and nurturing relationships with clients, as well as assisting the sales and marketing team in reaching out to potential customers via telephone calls.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM-7 PM
Responsibilities
The Candidate will be responsible for making cold calls and nurturing relationships with clients, answering inquiries, and booking appointments. The Candidate is also responsible for engaging with clients and redirecting queries to relevant departments.

Responsibilities
The Candidate will be responsible for making cold calls and nurturing relationships with clients, answering inquiries, and booking appointments. The Candidate is also responsible for engaging with clients and redirecting queries to relevant departments.
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products/services and generate interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing questions.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their queries, providing information, and building rapport.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and relevant information in the database.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights during conversations to contribute to the improvement of products/services and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Meeting Targets: Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the supervisor or team leader.
- Any Graduate.
- Prior experience of at least 1 year / as a Telecaller or similar role.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Comfortable with making cold calls and willing to work towards targets
- Good convincing skills along with friendly and courteous telephone etiquette
- Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing workload efficiently
- Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to influence potential customers.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
