Key Responsibilities

Operation Management:

Operate and monitor extraction equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

Maintain optimal parameters for pressure, temperature, and solvent levels during extraction.

Process Optimization

Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

Identify and resolve operational issues to improve process efficiency.

Quality Control

Monitor product quality during the extraction process and report deviations.

Assist in sampling and testing for quality assurance purposes.

Safety Compliance

Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining clean and safe work environments.

Conduct safety checks on equipment and report any hazards or malfunctions.

Documentation

Maintain accurate production logs, including material usage, process timings, and maintenance activities.

Prepare and submit daily reports to supervisors.

Education

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or ITI in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Skills

Strong understanding of chemical plant operations.

Ability to operate and maintain extraction equipment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
