Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent across various job boards, mapping industries, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates based on business requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to candidate engagement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role within a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches and social media recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and employment market trends.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  
  

Experience

• Conduct thorough sourcing of candidates, utilizing a variety of job boards, social media platforms, and industry mapping techniques to identify potential talent.
• Spend approximately 70% of the time in active sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates in alignment with the specific needs of the business.
• Engage in business interactions to understand the hiring needs and develop a targeted sourcing strategy.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Develop and present reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics to the Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the offer process, including negotiations and documentation.
• Own the candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless transition into the organization.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve existing sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company's employer brand and attract diverse talent.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
