- Collect the payment against the Common Area Maintenance (CAM) & Club Charges. There are several residents who pay their dues through QR code, direct net-banking, Credit Card/Debit Card and through Cheque.
- Resolve the queries of residents regarding CAM & Club charges.
- Calculate outstanding dues of CAM charges, Club charges and water charges of the tenants who are vacating/shifting to their flats. NOC is given only after clearance of all dues to the tenants to vacate/shift in.
- Prepare daily collection report.
- Maintain RFID TAG Data, that is, quantity of tags in stock, number already issued and the data pertaining to Tag Unique No. and whom (Tenant/Owner), it is issued. The issue of RFID Tags physically to the Owner/Tenant will also be done.
- Perform day-to-day tasks assigned by the seniors.
- Real Estate background.
- B.Com degree preferred.
- Proficient in English speaking.
- Accounting
