Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Manav Management Group. This is a full-time position located in Meerut, Delhi, and Sonipat. The ideal candidate will possess strong calendar management and communication skills to ensure efficient support to executives and smooth organizational workflow.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven proficiency in calendar management (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Effective time management abilities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Proficiency in problem-solving with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables
  • Exceptional prioritization skills to manage workload effectively
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of executives
  • Support executives in project management and follow-up on deliverables
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for executive presentations
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all information handled
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
