Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for open positions.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers.

Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management: Update and maintain accurate candidate information in the recruitment database.

Recruitment Administration: Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documentation, and maintaining recruitment records.

Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in recruitment and share insights with the team.

Offer Assistance: Assist in preparing and issuing offer letters to selected candidates.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure the smooth execution of the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
