Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Enterprise Relationship Manager to identify and target group hotels for the Yanolja Cloud Solutions (YCS) suite. This role will focus on reaching out to group hotel chains, presenting the value of our solutions, and getting them to take a demo. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with key decision-makers, and scheduling demos to showcase how our solutions can benefit their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target group hotels and hotel chains for YCS solutions.
  • Conduct outreach to engage key decision-makers and influencers in group hotels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the YCS solution suite.
  • Present the value of YCS products and solutions through compelling demos.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and demo scheduling targets.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the hospitality or B2B sector.
  • An experience in working with OTAs or SaaS would also work.
  • Proven track record of engaging group hotels and scheduling demos.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and sell solutions.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and challenges.
