Main Responsibilities

Privileged Identity Management (Arcon)



    • Deploy and configure Arcon PAM solutions across various environments (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid).

    • Design and implement secure access policies, workflows, and configurations for privileged accounts.
    • Integrate PAM solutions with existing systems, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, and other security tools.
    • Provide ongoing administration, monitoring, and optimization of Arcon PAM solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
    • Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to the PAM platform to maintain security and performance.
    • Conduct audits, compliance checks, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Coordinate with OEM support/account managers as & when required to ensure system functionality as per requirement .

    General Responsibilities:



    • Providing Audit support.

    • SOP/Configuration documentation.
    • Change management/Problem management/Incident management/Use case development.
    • Ensuring the system is patched as per OEM recommendations.
    • Maintain and update configuration documents
    • Maintain assets and software license/subscriptions
    • Vendor co-ordination and support
    • Maintain SLAs and do timely escalations.
    • Report all incident/service/change requests in helpdesk tool.
    • Provide after hour support in case of emergencies .

    Qualification

    • Graduate or above
    • 1+ years of experience working with PAM solutions, particularly Arcon.
    • Total 3+ years of experience
    • Strong knowledge of security protocols,authentication mechanisms, and access control concepts.

    Skills:



    • Excellent troubleshooting skills

    • Proven experience as Security admin or similar role
    • Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
    • Very good communication abilities
    • Monitoring configuration and troubleshooting of Arcon PAM
    • Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server is required for PAM installation and configuration.
