Lead - Supply Chain Management will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing a team of operations managers and frontline associates to achieve company goals and objectives.

- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards across all warehouse operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Analyze operational metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Train, coach, and mentor a team for operations to ensure they are meeting performance targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and drive overall company success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our operations remain competitive and innovative.
