As a Domestic Recruiter, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and networking.

Screening:

Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.

Job Posting:

Draft and post job descriptions on various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Database Management:

Maintain an organized database of applicants and track progress through the recruitment process.

Onboarding Support:

Assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Market Research:

Stay updated on trends and best practices in domestic recruitment to improve hiring strategies.

Compliance:

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.

Reporting:

Generate recruitment reports and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
