We are seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Sonipat. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions like V Lookups and Pivot Tables for analyzing data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to handle multiple shipping orders and maintain records accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with different departments and delivering clear instructions to the logistics team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics management to supervise the dispatch process seamlessly.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily dispatch activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained to meet dispatch demands without delays.
• Collaborate with transportation partners to arrange efficient delivery routes and schedules.
• Monitor and manage dispatch logs, tracking deliveries and updating system records as necessary.
• Address and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise during the dispatch process.
• Implement and uphold safety and quality standards in all dispatch operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of dispatch tasks.
• Contribute insights to enhance customer satisfaction and process betterment within dispatch operations.
