We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our in-house brand marketing efforts. The person will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand development, positioning, and consistency across all marketing channels.
• Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, PR, and traditional marketing.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
• Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand presence.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
