Job Overview

AiR Institute of Realization is seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing professional based in Bengaluru for a full-time position. This role is integral to expanding the institute's digital footprint and connecting with the global community. The candidate will leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance engagement, elevate online presence, and support the organization's mission of fostering spiritual awareness and truth realization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in search engine optimization to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for the institute’s online content.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for increased reach and efficient utilization of advertising budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively create and manage Facebook Ads to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies to produce compelling and informative content that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Skilled in using analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics, providing insights for digital strategy improvements.
  • Capable of planning and executing email marketing automation campaigns that nurture relationships with audience and boost engagement.
  • Adept in crafting and deploying social media strategies to create a cohesive and engaging narrative across platforms.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization to maximize the effectiveness of the institute’s digital initiatives and visitor interactions.
