About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs tailored to meet the specific needs of Godrej Group employees across various functions.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs within the organization and design targeted interventions to address them.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments and work in collaboration with the Content Development team.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of learning programs, ensuring quality and consistency in content delivery, and learning outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to enhance program offerings and delivery methodologies.
- Provide guidance and support to internal trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of learning programs.
- Partner with external vendors, consultants, and educational institutions as needed to supplement internal capabilities and resources.
- Act as a champion for the Godrej Learning University, promoting a culture of learning and development across the organization and driving engagement with learning initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor/Master of Arts, preferably in Psychology
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in L&D with experience in large-scale program execution or project management.
- Experience in content curation/development and learning program design
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
