Job Purpose

This role contributes to the overall objective of the company by strategically driving GTM for Monetization business with leading Sales and capability development charters. It involves scaling business development, developing unique selling proposition and strategic partnerships by fostering strong client relationships, and generating advertising revenue through effective communication, price negotiation, and proactive market exploration and entry across advertiser categories.

Duties And Responsibilities

•  To Manage Business Development, COE and Strategy for Monetization vertical at BFL
•  To Manage onboarding of New Advertiser, Agencies and AIA brand partners
•  To lead the entire Capability Charter and ensuring continuous improvements
•  To manage COE for Native integrations and Ads and ensuring timely deliveries
•  To manage Ad server integration and ensuring continues improvements as per industry trends
•  Ensuring new Ad Types are delivered on Digital Asset with industry best experiences
•  Craft and implement growth strategies for Ads, AIA and Native Partner integrations
•  Strengthen Relationships at C-Level with Agencies and Advertisers
•  Responsible for Demand Generation of from Ads in FY25 and New Brands acquisition for AIA
•  Responsible for timely delivery of Travel as a Native Stack on BFL Digital Platform
  
  
  

Key Decisions / Dimensions

•  Annual Demand Planning exercise and growth projections for business.
•  Defining Incentivization structure for relationship building among Agencies/ Advertisers.
•  Defining Price of Ad product and GTM strategy from Sales standpoint.
•  Identification of Vendors and Vendor negotiations for driving Product and Capability development and closure of requirements
•  Deciding on Promotion budgets as per the Adoption goal for Ads and AIA
•  Defining Hire plan as per business needs

Required Qualifications And Experience

•  PostGraduates with relevant sales experience of 5-8 years (also graduates with experience of 8-10 years may apply)
