Job Purpose

Support allocated verticals by acting as an advisory partner to business teams in supporting business requirements, providing end to end Talent Acquisition support, understanding of business & HR priorities and driving HR initiatives to enhance efficiency of HR at business and overall organization level.

Duties And Responsibilities

Partnering with businesses & Stakeholder Management

 Manage the overall HR lifecycle of the allocated business.

 Execute key HR processes in terms of process adherence & timelines – On-Boarding, IJP release, auto-promotion release, RNR & performance management

 Connect with employees during branch visits / face-to-face, telephonic discussions and gauze their engagement pulse.

 Timely reporting of people data and initiatives covering Headcount Analysis, Attrition snapshot, Manpower planning on budget vs actual, etc.

Review with business & own function

 Discuss/ exchange ideas and best practices on people challenges/ initiatives with other HR partners; Observe and be prepared to recognize and react to early warning signals

 Prepare monthly HR dashboards & presentations for monthly HR – Business reviews.

 Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related queries.

Recruitment, Quality of Hire and tracking

 Develop hiring plans basis capacity planning - stretch factor (workload per person) in line with business requirements

 Manage rate of hiring vs attrition to ensure sufficient manpower at all times to fulfill business needs (optimize for opportunity cost)

 Ensures adherence to relevant Straw profiles when screening candidates for different business verticals

 Update metrics and trackers wrt. quality of hires, new joiner attrition. Offer drop out ratios, consultant penetration etc. Escalates to supervisor for timely resolution (Metrics / TAT/ SLA breach)

 Ensuring consultant invoices are processed within TAT

 Ensure effective use of all sourcing channels to ensure hiring TATs are adhered to

Pre & Post Onboarding candidate engagement

 Engage with the candidate prior to onboarding

 Execute the pre joining engagement plan and keep track of drop out ratio and joining success

 Ensure that the joined candidates are following the OJT plan support wherever necessary

Key Decisions / Dimensions

 Salary Negotiation & Recruitment related Operational Decision Making

Major Challenges

 Understanding of business dynamics and impacting factors/ parameters, and seeking alignment with concerned stakeholders

 Managing employee concerns during any org level process break-down.

 Fulfilling niche skill manpower requirements within TAT

Required Qualifications And Experience

 Post-graduation in Human Resources

  •  Work Experience


 Experience of 1-2 years in HR domain

 Sound understanding of business context
