Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Applications Release 12 modules including SCM, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Develop and optimize Advanced PL/SQL code and work with Oracle Reports, Forms, and Workflow to implement business solutions.
  • Build Oracle REST APIs using ORDS to integrate Oracle applications with other systems.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and business analysis, collaborating closely with business users to understand their needs and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Follow both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies to develop and deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to code deployment, version control, and system integration tasks.
  • Develop and implement custom workflows, reports, and forms for business-specific requirements.
  • Conduct thorough systems analysis, identifying issues and providing efficient solutions in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Oracle Applications in the SCM, Finance, and Procurement domains.
  • Work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, communicating well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards for quality, performance, and security in development work.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Applications Development with expertise in Release 12 (R12), including modules such as SCM, Finance, Procurement, and Order-to-Cash.
  • Hands-on development experience with Advanced PL/SQL and Oracle development tools.
  • Experience in building and consuming Oracle REST APIs (ORDS).
  • Strong knowledge of Reports, Forms, and Workflow within the Oracle environment.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (i.e., Git, SVN) and code deployment processes.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather user requirements, interpret them, and design effective technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and able to work in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with business users and other technical teams
