Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Wedjat Health Solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply for this role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Strong Hindi
  • problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Empathy and the ability to actively listen to customer needs
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
  • Ensuring customer privacy and data protection in accordance with company policies
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and productivity targets
