- Manage customer data and ensure its accuracy in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues

- Prepare reports on customer interactions and provide insights to management
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide valuable recommendations
