Position: Customer Relationship Executive (On-Role Caller)
Location: Vijay Nagar
Ctc: ₹16,000 - ₹21,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer service or related role (experience or relieving letter required)
- Freshers: Eligible to apply
Work Details:
- Work Mode: On-site
- Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week offs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Address customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in handling computer systems and CRM tools.
