Corporate Relations/Placement Coordinator in Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and decision-makers in partner organizations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the institution and corporate partners to understand hiring needs and requirements for potential job openings.
• Manage the end-to-end placement process, from identifying placement opportunities to preparing students for interviews and follow-ups with employers
• Provide students with the necessary guidance and support for resume building, interview preparation, and career counselling.
• Conduct visits to client companies or attend meetings to gather detailed information on job vacancies and specific skill requirements.
• Assess hiring needs during visits and suggest relevant training programs to bridge skill gaps.
• Track student progress and maintain placement records to report on placement statistics and trends.
• Provide post-training analysis and follow-up reports to clients, showcasing program impact and ROI.
• Conduct research to identify market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
