Position Summary

Job Title : Business Solution Analysis Associate (Corporate Intelligence Services)

Work you’ll do

The key job responsibilities will be to:

• Conduct background investigations/ Third Party Due Diligence / Pre-Transaction Due Diligence of companies and their executives.
• Perform extensive research to identify and evaluate risk-relevant information from sources, including but not limited to online media articles, public records, internet references, proprietary databases, global sanction, and regulatory lists.
• Obtain objective and detailed information about the Subject Entities and Individuals, Asset tracing searches, Social Media analytics investigating backgrounds of opposing parties in litigation support engagements etc.
• Draft Background investigation /Due Diligence Reports
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience—1 to 4 years
• Exceptional Research, Writing, and Analytic skills
• Attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively summarize media articles, Internet websites and legal records, posts.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking a foreign language is highly desired (including, but not limited to Spanish and Mandarin)
• Experience with domestic and international public records databases and Internet sources
• Investigative experience with a private investigative firm or equivalent professional services firm, Big4
• CFE certification
  
  

Qualification

MBAs or equivalent degrees
